2. Bookings and Payments

2.1 Booking Process

By completing a booking through our Service, you are offering to purchase the travel services indicated in your booking. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the relevant service providers.

2.2 Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods as indicated on our website.

2.3 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us with a booking reference number. Please check all details in the confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

2.4 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the specific tour, experience, or service booked. These policies will be clearly communicated during the booking process and in your booking confirmation. Please read these policies carefully before making a booking.

In the event that we cancel a tour or experience due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aussie Wanderlust and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Australia and foreign countries. By posting, uploading, or otherwise sharing content on or through the Service ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content on and through the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Aussie Wanderlust and its affiliates for any claims under these Terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service.
